Booking & Deposits

4 questions

To secure your appointment, we require a booking deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final invoice on completion — it's not an additional charge. Final pricing may vary depending on your vehicle's condition, size, access requirements and the scope of work confirmed on the day.

We understand things come up. Rescheduling is always accommodated where possible with reasonable notice. Cancellation of a deposit may incur a 5% administration and payment processing fee on the refunded amount. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

The best way to get an accurate quote is to contact us directly. You can use our online quote request form, call us, or send us a message. We'll ask for your vehicle details and what you're looking to have done, and provide a tailored quote from there.

Only the booking deposit is required upfront to secure your appointment. The balance is settled on completion of the work. We accept card payments. For trade and fleet accounts, invoicing arrangements can be discussed.

Paint Protection Film

5 questions

Paint Protection Film is a thermoplastic urethane film applied to the exterior of your vehicle. It provides an invisible protective barrier against stone chips, road debris, scratches, swirl marks and environmental contaminants. Premium PPF like Xpel and SunTek also features a self-healing top coat that removes light surface marks with heat exposure.

Quality PPF installed correctly typically lasts 7 to 10 years. Melbourne's mix of UV exposure, heat, and varied road surfaces makes proper installation and maintenance important. We use only premium-grade film backed by manufacturer warranties.

PPF can be applied to virtually any vehicle — from daily drivers to prestige cars, performance builds, utes and SUVs. Coverage options range from high-impact zones (bonnet, bumper, mirrors) through to full vehicle wraps in PPF. We'll recommend the right coverage based on how you use your vehicle.

Standard PPF is virtually invisible when properly installed. It maintains the original gloss, depth and colour of your paint. We also offer PPF in matte and satin finishes for vehicles where a different look is desired. Coloured PPF is available as well for a unique aesthetic with full protection.

Yes — Melbourne's road conditions, particularly on the freeway network and northern corridors, generate significant stone chip risk. A daily driver accumulates more damage than a weekend car simply through use. PPF pays for itself by preserving your paintwork and maintaining resale value. Partial coverage on high-impact zones is a cost-effective option for everyday vehicles.

Ceramic Coating

4 questions

Ceramic coating bonds to your vehicle's paintwork at a molecular level, forming a hard, hydrophobic layer that repels water, dirt, dust and contaminants. It makes your car significantly easier to wash, maintains gloss depth, and provides UV protection that helps prevent paint oxidation and fading over time.

A professionally applied ceramic coating typically lasts 3 to 5 years with proper maintenance. Annual ceramic boost applications and regular pH-neutral washes help extend the coating's lifespan and maintain its performance.

Yes — ceramic coating over PPF is actually one of the best combinations available. The ceramic adds hydrophobic properties and additional UV protection to the film, making it easier to clean and enhancing its longevity. We regularly apply ceramic over PPF as part of a combined protection package.

In most cases, yes. Ceramic coating locks in the condition of your paint — including any existing swirl marks, scratches or oxidation. We assess your paintwork before every ceramic job and recommend the appropriate level of paint correction beforehand. This ensures the coating bonds to a clean, defect-free surface for the best result.

Vehicle Wrapping

3 questions

Vehicle wrapping is used for full colour changes, partial accents (roof, bonnet, mirrors), commercial signage and branding, and protective matte or satin finishes. We work with both private customers looking to change their vehicle's appearance and businesses requiring fleet or commercial vehicle branding.

A quality vehicle wrap installed in a controlled environment typically lasts 5 to 7 years. Lifespan is affected by UV exposure, how the vehicle is maintained, and whether it's garaged or parked outdoors. We use premium vinyl from leading manufacturers to ensure longevity and colour stability in Australian conditions.

When professionally installed and removed, a wrap will not damage original paintwork. In fact, a wrap protects the paint underneath from UV exposure, minor abrasions and weathering. The paint must be in good condition before wrapping — we assess this during your consultation.

Window Tinting

3 questions

Yes — window tinting is legal in Victoria within specific limits. The front windscreen must allow at least 75% light transmission (VLT). Front side windows must be at least 35% VLT. Rear side and rear windows have no legal minimum if the vehicle has two exterior mirrors. We always install film that complies with Victorian road rules.

Window tint typically takes 3 to 7 days to fully cure after installation, depending on the weather. During this period, we recommend keeping windows wound up and avoiding cleaning the glass. Warmer, drier conditions speed up the process.

Window tinting reduces UV exposure inside the vehicle, significantly lowers cabin temperature in summer, reduces glare, improves privacy, and enhances the overall appearance of the vehicle. Premium films also provide shatter resistance, which can be a safety benefit in the event of an accident.

Detailing

2 questions

Paint correction is a multi-stage machine polishing process that removes surface defects from your paintwork — including swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, oxidation and buffer trails. The result is a restored, high-gloss finish that reflects light evenly. It's often recommended before applying any protective coating.

A full detail typically includes an exterior wash, clay bar decontamination, machine polish, interior vacuum and wipe-down, glass cleaning, and tyre and trim dressing. The specific inclusions vary by package — contact us and we'll recommend the right detail for your vehicle's condition and your goals.
