This Shipping & Collection Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, collected and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Customers will be notified where significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Within Australia

Element Care offers standard and express postage options across Australia where available.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

  • Peak freight periods

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of Element Care’s direct control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will generally be provided once an order has been dispatched where applicable.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected at checkout or arranged with the carrier, Element Care is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered.

3. Local Delivery

Element Care may offer local delivery within selected Melbourne metropolitan areas.

Local delivery availability, minimum order values and delivery fees may vary depending on location and order size.

Delivery windows provided are estimates only and may change due to traffic, weather or operational requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate and accessible at the time of delivery.

4. Click & Collect

Click & Collect may be available on selected orders.

Customers will receive notification once their order is ready for collection.

Orders must not be collected until confirmation has been provided by Element Care.

Collection Requirements

  • Proof of order may be required upon collection.
  • Photo identification may be requested for verification purposes.
  • Authorised third-party collections must be approved in advance.

Element Care reserves the right to refuse collection where order verification cannot be reasonably confirmed.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping and delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Element Care is not responsible for delays, losses or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Where parcels are returned due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears lost in transit, please contact Element Care as soon as possible.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of packaging and products
  • Delivery information

Element Care will reasonably assist customers with carrier investigations and claims where applicable.

7. Special Order & Oversized Items

Certain products may require special freight arrangements due to size, weight or supplier handling requirements.

Additional shipping fees or extended handling times may apply to oversized, bulky or custom ordered items.

Customers will be contacted prior to dispatch where additional freight charges are required.

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of goods remains with Element Care until payment has been received in full.
